It’s the New Year and many of us are setting that resolution to lose weight and get healthier. But what about when you’re still hungry?
You know how that feels. You’re eating small meals on time and you’re drinking water and you’re exercising and you’re starting to lose weight but the problem is you’re starving! The hunger pangs are driving you crazy! Hungry! Starving!
(well, you’re probably not actually starving…but….still….)
Well, every dieter needs an occasional snack. You can’t function really well when all you can think about it food!
I found the perfect snack. At just 90 calories, I can afford to indulge. I just count it as one of my small meals/ small snacks.
Quaker Chewy Granola Bars have only 90 calories. And I buy them with a coupon.
Because, it all adds up!
