· Coupons are everywhere! Don’t get stuck on getting them from just one source like the Sunday paper. Coupons can be found on register receipts, in magazines, in the mailbox, on grocery store shelves and my favorite of course, on the Internet!
· Get an organizer that works for you and keep it with you. You never know when you might make an unexpected shopping trip and you’ll need your coupons, just in case.
· Put your coupons in the order of the aisles in the stores where you shop. Most stores are set up similarly.
· Coupons are not just for groceries anymore! You can get coupons for movies, restaurants and all kinds of wonderful entertainment possibilities.
· Beware of expiration dates. Use them or lose them.
· If you local stores have them, make sure and take advantage of double and triple coupon days.
· Take advantage of manufacturer’s rebates. It takes a few minutes but you’ll save a lot.
· Check out manufacturer’s websites and 1-800 numbers. Sometimes you can get coupons for things you didn’t expect.
Clipping coupons takes a little time but with the right attitude and a little ingenuity you can save a ton of money.
And we all want to save a ton of money!
Because, it all adds up!
